1. The Function Hall will be available from 6am to 6am Next Day.

2. Con rmation of Banquet Hall subject to its availability from the Date of Receipt of Advance Amount and its First Come First Serve Basis.

3. Con rm Your Booking by Meeting at Of ce or by E-mail or by via Website (www. rabanquet.com) with Advance by Cheque or DD Drawn in Favour of R A Enterprise

4. The Rate of the Banquet Hall is Rs. 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand) per Floor excluding GST.

5. At least three Floor (Ground, 1st and 2nd Floor) are compulsory booking for Marriage occasion.

6. Booking Advance 25% at the time of signing of the agreement after that 50% on or before 30 days of the function and rest amount will be payable before 7 days of that Function.

7. GST Applicable is @ 18% on of the Total Amount (CGST 9% & SGST 9%).

8. The Hall should be Vacate on or before the End Time mentioned in Contract. In Case of Extension of Time. Applicable Charges will Levied on an Hourly Basis subject to its availability.

9. Extra usage of Venue beyond the speci ed Time would be Charged Extra on an Hourly Basis.

10. Electricity Charges is Extra (As Per on that Days Meter Reading) as per WBSEDCL Commercial Rate.

11. Any Other Electrical Decoration except Inbuilt Electrical Decoration will be bare by the parties.

12. Kindly Note that the R A Banquet does not allow Fire Crackers within or around the Vicinity of the Premises.

13. Sound system of the building will be stop at 10:30 pm.

14. Using loudspeaker, orchestra and D J are strictly prohibited.

15. Consumption of Alcohol/Intoxicating item and Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Building.

16. Kitchen room situated at Roof-top.

17. Lift facility only for persons, catering materials and goods are not allowed.

18. There are no parking facilities.

19. Any damage (viz. interior, exterior, furniture or any other accessories) if occurs then party will be liable to pay.

20. Cancellation Refund of Advance:

(a) Cancellation made 15 days before No refund
(b) Cancellation made 20 days before 25% Refund
(c) Cancellation made 30 days before 50% Refund
(d) Cancellation made 60 days before 100% Refund
